Turtle Leonardo
Leonardo is a beautiful hawksbill turtle first identified in 2018 by Stefan Spro in the clear waters of Hermes Bay. Since that day, he has become a familiar and beloved resident of the area, occasionally wandering over to the neighboring Marsa Abu Dabbab for brief visits.
Calm, graceful, and completely at ease in his surroundings, Leonardo is often seen gliding peacefully through the reef, taking his time as he explores his favorite spots. His gentle way of swimming makes him a favorite among divers and snorkelers who are lucky enough to meet him.
