Tsunami’s story
Meet Tsunami, the adventurous adult female green turtle who graces the waters of Marsa Abu Dabbab and beyond. Since her first sighting in July 2018, Tsunami has enchanted divers and snorkelers, with numerous sightings in Marsa Egla, Gabel Rosas, Sefein, and Marsa Abu Dabbab.
Tsunami’s journey is one of exploration and resilience. She quickly captured hearts with her graceful movements and curious nature. From her frequent visits to Marsa Abu Dabbab to her adventures in Marsa Egla, Gabel Rosas, and Sefein, Tsunami embodies the wild ocean’s spirit.

Your digital adoption package includes:
- A personalized digital adoption certificate
- A fact-sheet about the turtle you are adopting and the story of your turtle
- Your adopted sea turtle featured on our website
- Special post on our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for your turtle
Once we receive confirmation of the donation, the turtle’s adoption form (make sure the name on the donation and the adoption form match) and the payment receipt, we will issue you (or the recipient) with the adoption certificate with details about the sea turtle. Please allow 7 working days, following receipt of payment, for the certificate to be issued.
