Meet Renè – The Little Resident of Gabel Rosas
Renè is a small and curious green turtle who made Gabel Rosas her home back in 2021. Since then, she has become a familiar and much-loved presence in the bay. Though tiny in size, she swims around with great confidence and seems perfectly at ease in her new home. Most of the time you’ll spot her gliding gracefully through the water, but every now and then she enjoys slowing down and resting peacefully on the seabed. Renè is already a favorite among divers and snorkelers who are lucky enough to meet her!

Adoption plans
Your digital adoption package includes:
- A personalized digital adoption certificate
- A fact-sheet about the turtle you are adopting and the story of your turtle
- Your adopted sea turtle featured on our website
- Special post on our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for your turtle
Once we receive confirmation of the donation, the turtle’s adoption form (make sure the name on the donation and the adoption form match) and the payment receipt, we will issue you (or the recipient) with the adoption certificate with details about the sea turtle. Please allow 7 working days, following receipt of payment, for the certificate to be issued.
