Milka – The Wanderer Between Worlds

Milka, an adult female green sea turtle, was first spotted in Marsa Tondoba, Egypt, on November 1, 2020. She later made her way to Ras Baridi Beach, Saudi Arabia, where she was found nesting and tagged by the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology team on August 23, 2022. Just a few months later, Milka returned to Marsa Tondoba, where she was seen again by our team, demonstrating her incredible ability to navigate between critical habitats across vast distances.
