Francina – The Graceful Nomad
Francina, a green turtle, was first registered at Gabel Rosas in 2021 and has made frequent appearances ever since, including in Hermes and various other locations in 2024.
Known for her graceful movements and wide-ranging travels, Francina embodies the nomadic spirit of sea turtles.
Her sightings in multiple locations highlight the interconnectedness of marine ecosystems and the need to preserve safe travel corridors for turtles to navigate freely across the seas.

Your digital adoption package includes:
- A personalized digital adoption certificate
- A fact-sheet about the turtle you are adopting and the story of your turtle
- Your adopted sea turtle featured on our website
- Special post on our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for your turtle
Once we receive confirmation of the donation, the turtle’s adoption form (make sure the name on the donation and the adoption form match) and the payment receipt, we will issue you (or the recipient) with the adoption certificate with details about the sea turtle. Please allow 7 working days, following receipt of payment, for the certificate to be issued.
