Clorofilla’s Story
Meet Clorofilla, the charismatic green turtle who has made Wadi Gimal DC Housereef her playground. First sighted on March 26, 2022, Clorofilla has been observed numerous times, with notable appearances on June 19, June 25, August 5, and September 15, 2022. Her adventures continued through 2023, with sightings from March to September, including the 19th and 20th of September. Most recently, Clorofilla was spotted on June 16, 2024. Her frequent visits highlight the rich marine life of Shams Alam house reef and the vital importance of conserving these beautiful waters.

Once we receive confirmation of the donation, the turtle’s adoption form (make sure the name on the donation and the adoption form match) and the payment receipt, we will issue you (or the recipient) with the adoption certificate with details about the sea turtle. Please allow 7 working days, following receipt of payment, for the certificate to be issued.
